The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful right from the moment we arrived. They even assisted us in communicating with our taxi driver to ensure we reached the hotel easily. The check-in process was smooth and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the location was just a short 10-minute walk from the beautiful beach. The hotel itself was very new and the service exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for a short stay before heading to the nearby island.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Located close to the beach, the hotel offers fantastic service and friendly staff. We were picked up from the airport, and during the ride, we were provided with cold towels, water, and snacks. the hotel has a lounge area where we received a warm welcome with drinks. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide selection of dishes. We enjoyed taking a walk to the beach to experience the stunning sunset. the hotel's modern and new amenities exceeded our expectations and made our short stay before our island trip a pleasant one.
The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center, which is currently still under construction. the noise from nearby construction was sometimes disruptive.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing assistance from the moment guests arrive at the airport. They offer pick-up service with cold towels, water, and snacks provided during the journey. the hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful Otres beach, just a short walk away. the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and offer a comfortable stay for families with children.
The hotel is situated in an area where construction is taking place, which can be a bit noisy at times.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sihanoukville. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even helped me navigate my way from the airport to the hotel by talking to the taxi driver over the phone. Next time, I will definitely take advantage of their hotel pick-up service for a more comfortable experience. Once I arrived, they escorted me to the lounge area for check-in and even served me a welcome drink. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and their facilities were top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The Otres beach was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. I enjoyed sipping on a beer with my wife while soaking in the beautiful views. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional service during my short stay.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel was also convenient, with just a 10-minute walk to the beach. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful sunset at the nearby beach and had a great time sipping a beer with my wife. the service and location exceeded our expectations.
One disappointing aspect of our stay was the presence of ongoing construction in the town center. However, the beach site itself was still nice.
